Conclave Competitions Information & Registration
The Lodge Chief or an official from each Lodge should fill out this form to ensure all Lodges are well informed of the competitions and understand the foundations of this year competitions. For each competition the Lodge participants in, a judge must be submitted from the Lodge. In order to ensure fairness in all events, all lodges across the section are asked to fill this form. This will make the competitions run smoother and easier for all to enjoy. We ask for contact information to ensure if changes occurred, we have a point of contact.
We also ask for the lodge to check in at the competitions check-in booth during arrival check-in at the Dining Hall.
